Celebrating 27 years of academic excellence, The Hotel School is a unique educational partnership between Southern Cross University and Mulpha Australia, a major player in the hospitality industry. The Hotel School delivers the Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management, Master of International Tourism and Hotel Management, Graduate Certificate in International Tourism and Hotel Management and Graduate Diploma in International Tourism and Hotel Management.

The courses offered at the Hotel School focus on hotel operational skills, management practice in the tourism and hospitality industry and the skills needed for continued learning in a changing global business environment.

The Hotel School features a Work Integrated Learning program (WIL) or internships. Students undertaking an undergraduate degree are required to successfully complete an internship. This may be undertaken within Australia or internationally.
