Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) All club secretaries and hoteliers, as well as staff involved in gaming related functions on licenced premises are to complete an approved Responsible Conduct of Gambling course before commencing employment.

Bar Skills Course You will learn how to do all the essential tasks required to get work behind a bar or in licensed premises. You'll learn how to pour beer, open and present wine, pour shots, mixed drinks, prepare the bar with consumables, garnish and navigate your way around the washer, post-mix guns and ice machines.
